Advisory: Border Security & Enforcement - DHS's Cooperation with State & Local Law Enforcement Stakeholders

WASHINGTON – U.S. Congresswoman Candice Miller (MI-10), Chairman of the Subcommittee on Border and Maritime Security, will hold a hearing on Tuesday, May 3rd at 10:00am to examine the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) cooperative efforts with state and local law enforcement. In particular, the hearing will examine how state and local law enforcement can more efficiently work in cooperation with DHS to enforce laws, exercise authorities and share information to better secure our nation.
The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, May 3rd at 10:00am in 311 Cannon. Live Web cast will begin at the start of the hearing.
